I was going to get some red cherry's but apparently according to pets and such they are to small and might get eaten by my espeis, or picked at. So I figured to try them out to see how they do first.

No, that's nonsense. Red cherries will be fine with espeis.
Would it be okay to add some with the ghost shrimp?

My espeis could care less about the shrimp I don't see how they would be any different with cherry's.

Yes, they should be OK with ghost shrimp, though baby cherry shrimp may be eaten by the ghosts.

Okay, I am going to be getting more espeis on Sunday anyways so I will just pick a few cherry shrimps up too, I am also considering bee shrimp, and amanos depending on what my nieces like.

I wouldn't do bee shrimp, they are tougher to care for. Amanos should be fine.

Here's a better picture of one of them, the other 3 are in hiding mode.
