I have ghost shrimplets

So I was feeding my fish just a bit ago and found a really tiny ghost shrimp, I think they are starting a colony, funny thing is I didn't start seeing that many of them until a few days ago. Why is it that I have only seen one?

Your fish could have eaten the others.
That is what I am thinking, or it could be possible that some of my amanos did too I have recently added 2 more amanos, so now I have 4 amanos, and they all hang out in the triceratops head.

I doubt amano shrimp would eat baby shrimp, they're more docile....
