There is a new documentary on Netflix called What The Health. I watched it and it's really interesting, if you have Netflix, consider watching it.

Watch it and see. Mainly processed meat, pollutants in dairy, etc.

I knew some of this stuff already. GMOs and artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives should be avoided in foods as much as possible.

You should watch it. Processed meats are group 1 carcinogens, they are in the same group as tobacco.
